When In Track Tool

Use the When in Track tool in Triggers to perform actions based on whether a recipient is in a particular Track.

Procedure

1. On the Triggers tab, click the text Choose trigger events and check the events that you wish to associate with the 'When in Track' action.
2. Drag the When in Track tool to the Trigger Workspace.
3. Select the required track from the When in Track drop-down.
4. Drag and drop actions, or select from the Create new drop-down below.

Multiple actions can be applied in this way. The example shows recipients who have purchased the product 'MOG3' that are in the track Action will trigger the Tactic Gold Credit Card offer and will be subscribed to a newsletter.
